WPL 2026 Auction LIVE Streaming: The first-ever mega auction of the Women's Premier League is all set to take place on Thursday, November 27, in New Delhi. A total of 277 players will go under the hammer during the WPL 2026 auction, who will be vying for the 73 available slots. Each team is allowed to have up to 18 players in its squad. Of these, six can be overseas, and the minimum squad size is 15.

Among the 277 players, 194 are Indians, including 52 capped and 142 uncapped players. For Indians, only 50 slots are available. And for overseas players, the number is 66, with only 23 slots available to them. 19 players have placed themselves in the highest base-price bracket of Rs 50 lakhs. There are 11 players included in the Rs. 40-lakh bracket, while 88 players are present in the Rs. 30-lakh bracket.

The likes of Deepti Sharma, Renuka Singh, Sophie Devine, Sophie Ecclestone, Alyssa Healy, Amelia Kerr, Meg Lanning and Laura Wolvaardt are a few prominent names that are expected to fetch massive bids following their impressive show in the recently-concluded ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Delhi Capitals (DC), Mumbai Indians (MI), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), and UP Warriors (UPW) are five franchises that will participate in the WPL 2026 auction. UP Warriorz will be heading into the auction with the biggest purse of Rs 14.5 crores, having retained just one player in Shweta Sehrawat.
