KVS Admission 2025: Registration For Bal Vatika And Class 1 Begin, Application Forms Available At kvsangathan.nic.in | Check Details

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has started the admission process for the 2025-26 session. Registration for Bal Vatika 1, 3 and class 1 began at 10 AM on March 7, with the last date of application being March 21,25. One can apply for the admission round online through the KVS website at kvsangathan.nic.in.

The provisional list with the names of selected and wait-listed students for class 1 will be displayed on March 25, and for Bal Vatika, it will be available on March 26. The second provisional list will come on April 2, and the third list of selected students will be available on April 7, 2025.

As per official notice, the minimum age for admission in class 1 should be at least 6 years as of 31st March 2025. The minimum age for admission in Bal Vatika 1, 2 and 3 is 3 to 4 years, 4 to 5 years, and 5-6 years, respectively. Reservation of seats will be as per KVS Admission Guidelines 2025-26.

The online process for fresh admissions in Bal Vatika 2 and 3 is not available and will take place offline. Admissions for class 2 and above, excluding class 11, will commence on April 2 at 10 am, and registrations will be closed on April 11. The filled-up form needs to be submitted to the office of the Principal in the respective KV.

The first provisional list for Bal Vatika 2 and Class 2 onward admissions will be declared on April 14, 2025. Admissions for Bal Vatika 2 and Class 2 onward will take place from April 18 to April 21, 2025. The final date for admission to all classes, except Class 11, is June 30, 2025.
Important Documents For Admission

For admission to Kendriya Vidyalaya, documents such as a recent passport-size photograph, Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), PWD Certificate (if applicable), and Child’s Birth Certificate are required.

Step 2: On the home page of the website, click on the link related to admission.

Step 3: After this, click on the registration link.

Step 4: Now complete the registration process by filling in the details asked here.

Step 5: After this, click on Login and complete the form by filling in other details.

Step 6: Finally, take a printout of the filled form and keep it safe.
