NID DAT 2025 Registration: The National Institute of Design has opened online registration for the NID Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT) 2025. Interested and qualified students can complete the NID DAT application form 2025 on the official website - admissions.nid.edu. The deadline to apply for NID DAT 2025 is December 3, 2024, with the normal price. NID DAT Prelims 2025 will take place on January 5, 2025.
The NID DAT is an entrance exam for admission to BDes and MDes programs at NID campuses and other partnering institutions. The examination will be divided into two parts: preliminary and main. To be eligible for admission, applicants must pass both the preliminary and main exams.
According to the minimum eligibility criteria, applicants who have taken or will take the Class 12 qualifying exam in any stream from any recognized board in the academic year 2024-25 are qualified to apply for BDes courses.
MDes must have a three- or four-year bachelor's degree from a recognized university, or a full-time certificate in design, fine arts, applied arts, or architecture from a recognized institution after completing Class 12.

How to fill out the NID DAT application form 2025?
Students can apply for BDes and MDes studies by following the methods outlined below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of NID at admissions.nid.edu.
Step 2: On the homepage, go to the ‘How to apply’ section and then click on signup.
Step 3: After this, enter the necessary details and then log in using the generated credentials.
Step 4: Now, fill out the application form and then upload all the required documents.
Step 5: Make the payment and then submit it.
Step 6: Download the NID DAT application form 2025 and take a printout of the same for further reference.
