BTS Jhope took the field at the Korean Baseball Series, where he threw the first pitch for his hometown team, the KIA Tigers, in Gwangju. The moment was particularly special for fans as it marked Jhope’s first official appearance after his military discharge on October 17. Despite the rain postponing his original pitch on October 22, Jhope did not disappoint his fans on the rescheduled day, showcasing his signature charm and athleticism.

In another viral video shared by fans online, Jhope was seen vibing and dancing to Kpop girl group BLACKPINK Rose's instant hit collab song APT. The music video for the song was the fastest to reach 100 million views in 2024. The video has gained great response from BLINKs and ARMYs.

Upon arriving at the stadium, Jhpe greeted reporters with a warm smile before taking the field in a stylish athletic outfit, complete with a baseball cap and a customized glove featuring his name. He captivated the audience as he threw the first pitch, prompting a chorus of cheers and applause from the crowd. The excitement didn’t end there; fans were treated to clips of Jhpe dancing to BLACKPINK Rosé’s APT and BTS’ Dynamite during the game, further showcasing his infectious energy.

Jhope's return to the public eye is a heartwarming moment for both him and the ARMY. His dedication to the KIA Tigers is evident, as he has expressed his support for the team in various ways, including references in BTS songs like Ma City.

Meanwhile, Jin, who was recently discharged from the military himself, reminisced about the iconic moment when all the BTS members reunited in June. During Jin's discharge, he was taken aback by the heartfelt reunion, especially when RM played the saxophone—an unforgettable highlight of the event.

Jin was overwhelmed with emotion as he watched his fellow members hug each other, momentarily forgetting to greet him amidst the celebrations. This touching moment solidified their bond and marked a significant chapter in their journey as a group. Jin humorously expressed his frustration about feeling ignored during his discharge ceremony.

Fans eagerly await news of Jhpe’s upcoming solo projects, with speculation of a new release on the horizon. He previously shared a six-track mini-album titled HOPE ON THE STREET Vol. 1 during his military service, along with a docu-series of the same name.
