L2 Empuraan Box Office Collection Day 5: Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer Malayalam movie hit the silver screens on March 27, 2025. The film has been performing extremely well since its opening day. Despite a drop on its second day itself, the film continued to maintain a strong momentum. L2 Empuraan faced a major box office clash with Salman Khan’s Sikandar on Sunday during the Eid holidays. Well, despite the clash, it didn’t affect the box office performance of L2 Empuraan. On its first Monday, the Malayalam movie earned over Rs 10 crore at the ticket windows. Seeing the current pace, the film might soon cross the Rs 100 crore mark.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 11 crore on Day 5. The net collection of L2 Empuraan stands at Rs 70 crore. It had an overall 66.83 per cent Malayalam occupancy on Monday. The film had 56.84 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 71.58 per cent in the afternoon shows, 71.03 per cent in the evening shows and 67.88 per cent in the night shows. On the same day, it had 15.29 per cent Telugu occupancy, 21.64 per cent Tamil occupancy and 10.23 per cent Hindi occupancy in theatres.

According to several reports, the Malayalam movie was made on a budget of Rs 180 crore.

The story is about the journey of a man named Stephen Nedumpally, also known as Khureshi Ab'raam, who leads a double life. Stephen became an enigmatic leader of a powerful crime syndicate despite facing several opponents. The movie stars Caroline Koziol, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Mohanlal, Jerome Flynn, Eriq Ebouaney, Tovino Thomas, Saniya Iyappan, Manju Warrier and Abhimanyu Singh in pivotal roles. L2 Empuraan has been helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and backed by Antony Perumbavoor, Subaskaran Allirajah, Gokulam Gopalan and Subaskaran Allirajah.
