Alpha Box Office Collection Day 1: The highly anticipated action film Alpha hit theatres on Friday, July 3, 2026. According to reports, Alpha on its opening day collected Rs 9 crore domestically and Rs 15.80 globally.

As the very first female-led film in the Yash Raj Films (YRF) Spy Universe, the project carried massive expectations. However, the spy thriller opened to mixed-to-negative reviews from both critics and audiences, leading to a slower-than-expected start at the box office.

According to trade tracking website Sacnilk, Alpha earned Rs 9 crore net at the Indian box office on its opening day. The Bollywood action-thriller movie secured a wide nationwide release, playing across 7,534 shows on Day 1. Despite the wide release, this marks the lowest opening-day collection for any film in the YRF Spy Universe.

To put this into perspective, previous blockbusters in the same franchise achieved massive day-one numbers:
