Love and War
Nearly two decades after Saawariya, Ranbir Kapoor is reuniting with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Love & War. The film will see him sharing the screen with his wife, Alia Bhatt, and talented actor Vicky Kaushal. Originally planned for a Christmas 2025 release, it has now been pushed to March 2026. Known for his trademark grandeur and emotionally layered storytelling, Bhansali is expected to create a sweeping romantic epic. With themes of passion, conflict and intense emotions, Love & War could turn into one of the biggest love stories of the decade.
Animal Park
After the roaring box office success of Animal, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is returning with its sequel, Animal Park. Ranbir Kapoor will reportedly play a dual role this time, adding more depth and intensity to the storyline. Rashmika Mandanna is expected to reprise her role, and the film will dive into darker themes, exploring complex psychological layers of the characters. Although still in the writing stage, the sequel has already sparked excitement among fans. With its mix of raw emotion and gripping drama, Animal Park is shaping up to be one of Kapoor’s most challenging roles yet.
Brahmastra Part Two
The 2022 hit Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva introduced audiences to Ayan Mukerji’s Astraverse, a brand-new cinematic universe. Its sequel, Brahmastra: Part Two – Dev, promises to expand this fantastical world even further. Reports indicate Ranveer Singh will join the cast in a crucial role, alongside returning stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Slated for release in 2026 and 2027, the upcoming chapters will dive deeper into the Astraverse’s mythology, blending spectacular VFX with an epic narrative.
