Set in a post-apocalyptic 2898 AD, the story revolves around a select group on a mission to save the unborn child of lab subject SUM-80, known as Kalki.
GOAT (Netflix)
The action thriller directed by Venkat Prabhu, stars Vijay in dual roles alongside Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Mohan, Jayaram, Sneha, Laila, Ajmal Ameer, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Parvati Nair, Vaibhav, Yogi Babu, Premgi Amaren and Yugendran. The plot centers on Gandhi, a former leader of an anti-terrorism squad, who reunites with his team to confront the fallout from their past actions. It broke multiple box office records for Tamil cinema, becoming the highest-grossing Tamil film of 2024, the third highest-grossing Indian film of the year, the fourth highest-grossing Tamil film of all time, the fifth highest-grossing Tamil film overseas, and the third highest-grossing film in Tamil Nadu.
Demonte Colony 2 (ZEE5)
The supernatural horror film directed by R. Ajay Gnanamuthu is a sequel to Demonte Colony (2015) sees Arulnithi reprising his lead role, joined by Priya Bhavani Shankar, Archana Ravichandran, Tsering Dorjee, Arun Pandian, Meenakshi Govindarajan, and Sarjano Khalid in supporting roles.
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram (Netflix)
The Telugu-language vigilante action thriller written and directed by Vivek Athreya, stars Nani, S. J. Suryah, and Priyanka Mohan in leading roles, along with Abhirami, Aditi Balan, P. Vaazha – Biopic of a Billion Boys (Disney+ Hotstar)
