War 2:  Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR starrer action thriller movie is one of much awaited films since the announcement. The film has been creating a buzz since its inception. According to reports, War 2 is slated to hit the silver screens on August 14. This is the first time, the two superstars of the country will be featuring together on screen. Well, to fuel up your excitement level, there is an interesting update about the film, which states that Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR will have a dance face-off. The team is prepping up for the shoot of the dance sequence. 

As per a source quoted by a Pinkvilla report, “War 2 is easily the biggest Indian film of 2025, and leads itself to Alpha. While the edit work for War 2 is currently underway, the team is also simultaneously prepping up to shoot for the biggest dance face-off between Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr. The entire unit is bullish on the content to fire in a big way and deliver the most memorable cinematic experience of the year. Both Hrithik and NTR are confident of the results based on the content they have shot for.” 

War 2 is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster action thriller movie of the same name. It is the sixth movie of the YRF Spy Universe. Apart from Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, War 2 also features Kiara Advani. The movie has been written by Abbas Tyrewala and directed by Ayan Mukerji. 

The first instalment, War was released on October 2, 2019. The film had a box office collection of Rs 318.01 in India and Rs 471.00 crore worldwide. The story then followed the journey of two agents who had been given an important task to fulfil. The movie starred Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, Vaani Kapoor, Anupriya Goenka, Ashutosh Rana, Jessey Lever, Srikant Dwivedi, Ayaan Zubair Rahmani and Ravi Awana in pivotal roles. It was directed by Siddharth Anand. War is currently streaming on Prime Video.
