Ram Mandir Surya Tilak 2025: The sacred city of Ayodhya is all set to celebrate Ram Navami 2025 with unmatched devotion and grandeur. One of the biggest highlights of this celebration will be the Surya Tilak of Ram Lalla, a unique spiritual event where a beam of sunlight will naturally fall on the idol’s forehead.
Preparations are in full swing at the Ram Mandir, and thousands of devotees are already making their way to witness this once-a-year divine moment.
Ram Mandir Surya Tilak 2025: What is Surya Tilak?
The Surya Tilak is a special arrangement that allows the sun’s rays to fall directly on the forehead of Ram Lalla on Ram Navami, which marks the birth of Lord Ram. This is made possible through a scientific setup involving mirrors and lenses that channel sunlight precisely onto the idol. The concept was successfully tested last year by scientists.
Ram Mandir Surya Tilak 2025: When Will Surya Tilak Happen?
The Surya Tilak ceremony is scheduled to take place exactly at 12:00 PM (noon) on 6 April 2025, the day of Ram Navami. This timing is considered highly auspicious, as it aligns with the traditional belief that Lord Ram was born at noon.
