YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026: Days after the inauguration of Noida International Airport, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched its Residential Plot Scheme 2026. The scheme is offering a total of 973 residential plots in the rapidly developing Yamuna region.
YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026: Check Details
Under its residential plot scheme, the YEIDA is offering 973 housing plots in Sectors 15C and 18 on the eastern side of the Yamuna Expressway, and in Sector 24A on the western side, all to the north of the airport, and all approved by UPRERA.

The plot sizes are as follows:
- 162 sqm (476 plots)
- 183 sqm (4 plots)
- 184 sqm (4 plots)
- 200 sqm (481 plots)
- 223 sqm (6 plots)
- 290 sqm (2 plots)
The YEIDA has fixed the land rate at Rs 36,260 per square metre, and allotment will be done through a draw system.
YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2026: Reservation Criteria
The YEIDA residential plot scheme near Noida International Airport includes multiple reservation categories, such as:
- 17.5 per cent of the plots have been reserved for farmers whose land has been acquired or purchased
- 5 per cent has been reserved for businessmen with functional industrial units in the area.
YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme: Check Key Dates, Application Process
- Applicants can register for the YEIDA residential plot scheme online through the official website.
- Applicants are required to pay 10 per cent of the total premium as a registration fee. This amount will be adjusted against the total cost upon allotment of the plot and will be refunded if the application is not successful.

Check Payment Terms And Lease Details
Under the YEIDA residential plot scheme 2026, all housing plots will be allotted on a 90-year lease.
Payment Structure:
- The full premium (100 per cent) must be paid within 60 days of allotment
- An extension of up to 30 days may be granted in special cases
Additional charges:
- 5 per cent extra for park-facing or green belt flats
- 5 per cent extra for corner plots
