Oppo K13 5G Launched: Oppo dropped its K13 5G on Monday in India. The headset features two colour options, and under the hood, it has a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. The biggest highlight of this smartphone is its 7,000 mAh battery with 80 W wired charging support. This new device makes its debut in the mid-range segment of the smartphone market, and the device will be available for purchase later this week.
Specs
It sports a dual-nano SIM card holder and runs on Android 15-based ColorOS 15. It comes with a 6.7-inch screen with a full-HD+ (1080X2400 pixel) AMOLED display and can support a refresh rate of 120 120Hz. It has a 92.02 per cent screen-to-body ratio and has 1200 nits of brightness.

The display supports both Wet Hand Touch and Glove Mode, allowing it to register input even when the screen is wet or while wearing gloves. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC paired with an Adreno A810 GPU. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and offers up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

In terms of cameras, the Oppo K13 5G features a dual rear setup, including a 50 MP OV50D40 sensor with an f/1.85 aperture and autofocus, along with a 2 MP OV02B1B secondary lens. On the front, it houses a 16MP Sony IMX480 sensor. The phone includes several AI-powered tools like AI Clarity Enhancer, AI Reflection Remover, AI Unblur, and AI Eraser 2.0.
To keep things cool, the Oppo K13 5G is equipped with a 6,000mm² graphite sheet and a 5,700mm² vapour cooling chamber. It also holds an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance and carries a five-year fluency certification from the TL Certification Centre.
Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and even an IR remote control. The device also features dual stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, Snapdragon Elite Gaming features, and Oppo’s AI Trinity Engine.
The biggest highlight of this model is its 7000 mAh massive battery, which comes with 80W wired charging. The company claims that the fast-charging technology employed to charge the battery can recharge the battery to 62% in just 30 minutes and completely recharge it to 100 per cent in 56 minutes. It is claimed that the battery can deliver up to 49.4 hours of calling and a maximum of 32.7 hours of music playback time on a single full charge.
Pricing in India
The starting price for the Oppo K13 5G in India is Rs 17,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, and the variant with higher storage of 256 GB with the same RAM is priced at 19,999. You can grab it in two colour options: Prism Black and Icy Purple. Starting April 25th, it will be available on Oppo's dedicated website as well as Flipkart for purchase.
