Hyderabad-Hong Kong Flights: Hyderabad Airport, officially known as Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), recently welcomed direct flights to Hong Kong operated by Cathay Pacific. The flights will run on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, three times a week. Travelers now have additional alternatives for overseas travel thanks to the move.
The route's reopening enhances Cathay Pacific's exposure in India. The airline currently serves Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and five other important cities.
The airline will operate Airbus A330-300 aircraft with both premium and economy cabins on the Hyderabad-Hong Kong route when operating direct flights from Hyderabad airport.
The importance of the route was emphasised by Pradeep Panicker, CEO of GMR Hyderabad International Airport. He said, “The direct service creates important links for business travelers and tourists while opening new cargo opportunities for time-sensitive shipments like pharmaceuticals and fresh produce.”
More Direct Flights To International Destinations Soon
More direct flights to a number of foreign locations will soon be available at the airport. The airport now offers direct flights to a number of foreign locations, including the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Destinations like Hanoi, Addis Ababa, Amsterdam, Paris, Australia, Krabi, Jakarta, and Denpasar are probably going to be added to the list soon.
