Uttar Pradesh is set to experience clear weather in the coming days, with no alerts issued by the meteorological department for the next week. While strong winds will continue to blow across the state until February 14, there are no indications of rainfall. Temperatures are expected to begin rising as winter transitions into warmer conditions.
The weather across Uttar Pradesh will remain dry and pleasant throughout the week. As a result, popular tourist destinations have been witnessing increased footfall. Additionally, fog is unlikely to return during this period, ensuring better visibility and travel conditions.
The strong winds that have been sweeping across the state may weaken in the coming days, leading to a gradual rise in temperature. As the cold subsides, temperatures are likely to increase significantly.

The weather department predicts clear conditions in major cities, including Lucknow, Agra, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Ayodhya, Gonda, Balrampur, Bahraich, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Jhansi, Noida and Gorakhpur, on Tuesday.
According to Dr Pandey, the ongoing weather trends indicate that by the last week of February or early March, temperatures may resemble those of April and May. Notably, January 2025 ranked as the third hottest January in recorded history.
The country’s average temperature for the month stood at 18.9 degrees Celsius, a phenomenon observed only three times since 1901. As a result, the usual mild spring season expected in late February may not materialise this year.
