Lamborghini Urus SE: Italian supercar marque Lamborghini has introduced the Urus SE, a plug-in hybrid version of its popular Urus SUV. This model joins the Revuelto as Lamborghini's second hybrid offering and presents a significant upgrade over the standard Urus S variant.

Lamborghini Urus SE - Design
Talking about its design, the Urus SE boasts several updates that distinguish it from its predecessors. It features a redesigned bonnet, slimmer LED matrix headlamps and a more aggressive bumper and grille assembly. The rear end showcases a new tailgate design inspired by Lamborghini's supercars, along with distinctive LED tail-lights and an enlarged diffuser.

Inside the cabin, the Urus SE offers a revamped dashboard with a 12.3-inch central touchscreen and updated AC vents. There are abundant customisation options with over 100 exterior colour choices and 47 interior finishes available through Lamborghini's Ad Personam program.
Lamborghini Urus SE - Power, Performance, Specs
Under the hood, the Urus SE retains the 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine found in the Urus S, but it has been extensively re-engineered to integrate with a plug-in hybrid system. This system includes a 25.9kWh lithium-ion battery pack and an electric motor integrated into the 8-speed automatic gearbox. The powertrain produces a combined power output of an impressive 800 bhp and 950 Nm of torque, making the Urus SE one of the most powerful SUVs in its segment.

A notable feature of the Urus SE is its electric-only range of 60km, allowing for emissions-free driving in certain conditions. The SUV can achieve speeds of up to 130 km/h in pure electric mode before switching to the V8 engine. Despite its electrified nature, the Urus SE maintains Lamborghini's signature performance capabilities. It can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 312 km/h.
Lamborghini has introduced new driving modes tailored to the Urus SE's hybrid setup, including EV Drive, Hybrid, Recharge and Performance modes. The addition of electronic torque vectoring and an electronic limited-slip rear differential further refines the SUV's handling and agility.
