The Dial 112 emergency service is proving to be a crucial support system for people in distress in Buxar. Whether it's a road accident or searching for a missing person, help is arriving within minutes. The response time of the Dial 112 police team has significantly improved, ensuring swift assistance in emergencies.

As per data from the District Police Office, a total of 2089 calls were received in March, and the team responded with prompt action. Notably, they reached the scene within an impressive 9 minutes and 39 seconds on average.

Among the calls, 1434 were related to general law and order, making up the highest category. The team also responded to 189 cases of domestic violence, providing immediate assistance to victims.

Additionally, they handled 119 cases of land disputes, 109 road accident reports, 42 fire incidents, 14 traffic-related complaints, one missing person case, and 161 other emergency calls.
