'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1' features Tom Cruise in the lead role and marks the return of Ethan Hunt an Impossible Mission Force agent, who is top in his form. The seventh part of the franchise did have a solid opening at the box office in India on its opening day.
The Tom Cruise starrer minted Rs 12.5 crore on July 12 and received positive reviews at the box office. The film is available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu in India. 'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1' is the seventh film in the 'Mission Impossible' franchise and focuses keenly on Ethan and his new AI-dependent threat and its impact on the world.
'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1' did a massive increase for the 2018 release 'Mission Impossible-Fallout' which opened to Rs 9.25 crore in the Indian market. 'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1' also counted 25,000 bookings for the opening weekend and around 12,000 tickets for the opening day.
'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1' is helmed by filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie and serves as the seventh installment in the 'Mission Impossible' franchise. Ethan Hunt aka Tom Cruise's character with his team must track down a terrifying new weapon that stands to be a threat to all of humanity if it falls into the wrong hands.
In the film, Tom Cruise's character is confronted by a mysterious and powerful enemy known as 'The Entity', with Ethan Hunt forced to consider that nothing is more important than the completion of the mission which is highly dangerous.
The film also features Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Esai Morales, Vanessa Kirby, Pom Klementieff, and Henry Czerny in pivotal roles. 'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1' is made on a budget of $290 million and is the most expensive film made in the franchise.
