Junior OTT Release Report: Sreeleela and Kireeti Reddy starrer Telugu action drama movie released in theatres on July 18. During the time of release, the film has been receiving positive reviews from the critics and the audience. Despite overwhelming responses, the movie could not perform as expected at the box office. As per a report by Deccan Chronicle, Junior is slated to release on September 19 on Aha. The OTT platform or the makers have not confirmed the date yet.

 

What Is The Plot Of Junior?

The movie focuses on a college, where a boy hopes to find some distance between him and his father, after enduring a childhood of helicopter parenting. He dedicates his 4 years of his engineering degree to making memories with teachers, friends and a special person. While he starts his career, he came across several scams. He get to know about his family’s biggest secrets.

The film features Kireeti Reddy as Abhinav aka Abhi, Sreeleela as Spoorthy (Abhi’s love-interest), Genelia D'Souza as Vijaya Soujanya, Ravichandran as Kodanda (Abhi’s father), Sudha Rani as Meera, Achyuth Kumar as Salman, Satya as Vijay, Harsha Chemudu as Kannan, Rao Ramesh as Sundar and Sivannarayana Naripeddi as a doctor. Junior has been written and directed by Radha Krishna Reddy. It has been produced by Sai Korrapati. The cinematography has done by K. K. Senthil Kumar.

As per reports, the film has been made on a budget of around 10 to 16 crore.

What Is The Box Office Collection Of Junior?

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 10.29 crore in India after 27 days of release. The worldwide collection of Junior is Rs 12.45 crore. For a few crores, the movie could not cross the budget mark.
