Delhi Traffic Advisory: In the wake of construction work, the Delhi traffic police have temporarily closed a ramp at Parshuram Chowk. Traffic in the vicinity will be affected as a ramp near Pillar No. 40, Parshuram Chowk (Dwarka–Palam Flyover), has been closed for a week from 8 am on September 12 to midnight September 17.

The ramp has been closed due to road-laying work, and the Delhi traffic police have issued a list of alternate routes that passengers can opt for.

Ramp At Parshuram Chowk Closed: Alternate Routes To Take

-Bhagat Chandra Light: Motorists going towards Dwarka and Najafgarh are advised to use the Bhagat Chandra Light road

-Delhi Cantt Railway Fatak: Commuters who are scheduled to move towards Ring Road, Janakpuri, and Naraina will now have to use Delhi Cantt Railway Fatak to continue their journey.

Delhi Traffic Advisory: General Instructions From Police

The Delhi traffic police, in its advisory, has listed multiple instructions for commuters to follow and avoid that can make their journey convenient and hassle-free.

-Diversion signage has been placed at the required places, hence road users are requested to follow the signage and traffic personnel.

-It is highly advised that commuters plan their journey in advance so that a possible delay to the destination can be avoided.

-Delhi traffic police have informed commuters that priority will be given to emergency vehicles; hence, it is highly advised to remain patient while on the road.

Delhi Traffic Advisory Today: Diversion Issued From 3 pm To 10 pm

The Delhi Traffic Police has announced traffic restrictions and diversions in view of a Live Music Concert that will be held at the Main Arena (Gymnastic), Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium (IGI Stadium) on September 12, 2025, from 3 pm to 10 pm. The restrictions will be in place for the convenience of the general public and security reasons.
